I am vaccinated!

Today I traveled to Newport, VT to get my second shot. It is a long story on why I ended up so far away but in the end it was worth it! Woohoo! I look forward to hugging again! 🥰

Over the weekend I worked on my yoga schedule for May thru September. You can even print it out! I hope you will join me for Staige Hill Flow and some special dates at Shelburne Museum outside! Online classes will continue as well. I am incredibly grateful for all of you! I could not believe this year when we got to March and thought, “Wow, we have been doing this for over a year now!” We are all so RESILIENT and it has been an honor to be on this journey with you!

I look forward to practicing with you on green grass and in the sunshine soon!
