Do I need to attend ONLINE yoga classes live?

No you don’t. I will always send out a recording of the class within an hour of the live class. You can do the recording at your leisure.

How long to the recordings last?

Recordings are always good for two weeks from the date of class and you can watch the recording as many times as you would like during that time period.

How do I pay?

Donate to World Central Kitchen suggestion donation $10 per class
