Happy New Year & You!

I love this quote, "Each day we are tasked with becoming some newer version of ourselves." by Michelle Obama. That is probably why I love ringing in the new year, changing seasons, full and new moons, and watching the sunrise. They are all reminders that no matter what happened yesterday you have a chance to begin again! A fresh start and new you!

Here are a few things I am doing to lean towards my best self this year and would recommend:

The program is super easy to follow, takes only a few minutes each day and is packed with tips, support and fun. Plus, it's FREE  - SIGN UP HERE  I loved doing a cleanse with Susan Sagan of Chapter U Health in November and just signed up for her 7 Day Healthy Habits. 

Start Yoga with Adriene’s January 30 Day Yoga Challenge. I did it last year and couldn’t wait for it to start again. Interested, sign up HERE. It’s not too late and it is free!

Reflect on 2022 month by month in your journal then write yourself a letter as if you have just finished 2023. I did this last year. Some things happened others didn’t but I loved having the letter as my north star all year long.
