Warm Up From the Inside Out!

As we have experienced frigid temperatures here in Vermont, I have been thinking a lot about how can we warm ourselves from the inside out? When we are cold, hunched over, and every muscle is clenched, how can we loosen up, expand and shine? Sometimes it is just an awareness, a pause to fill ourselves up with a warm thought, gratitude for what we are doing right in our lives, maybe it is just taking a moment to breathe. But when we chose to nourish ourselves with trust, love, gratitude we are able to warm up. Go ahead…..
