We are hardy Vermonters!

Today we bundled up, began our class with a mindful silent walk through our trails, up and down hills, passing sleeping sheep and taking in the foliage, warming up our bodies and minds before coming to our mats. I am still smiling from the experience! In these times we need to rethink how things are done and experiment! “ All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better!” Ralph Waldo Emerson (OK he did not have an exclamation point, I added that.)
